Currently, it's going at the rate of about 4 manga chapters for every anime episode (The end of this episode is about the middle of chapter 32 of the manga). Combine only 70 chapters out in Japan with the fact that it's published biweekly, and it'll probably a while before we see another season of Sekirei (though I earnestly hope it does). It is true that they could do some filler episodes, especially with the few omake that have been released, but so far they have been sticking very close to the manga, so that seems less likely.
