Although I have loved the way this series has been adapted, they way that EVERYTHING has to be explained AGAIN, even for characters that have first hand knowledge on some ("Hearing about the legends of Zannafer??? You f***ing fought a complete Zannaffer yourselves!!). The redundancy is kind of insulting, but then again, they haven't really messed it up. Just...a very tiring approach. I'm not sure what the deal is with splitting shows over a short term is either. The business model doesn't even work in a way that that's a particularly useful plan. My guess is that it gives the production team a little time off to gauge fan reaction and tailor the second half appropriately, but even that seems like a bit of a stretch.
