The sad thing is that these guys weren’t even trying to rob a bank. They were trying to rob an ever lovin’ POST OFFICE.

Seriously, guys? At least one-half of your two-man crime gang has a semi-impressive psychic power and the best you can do is try sticking up the ATMs at a post office?

…But then again, why were there ATMs at a post office to begin with? The mind, it boggles.

I guess this episode just reinforces the fact that we should never underestimate lolis in anime. Not as good as last week, but it was better than most of the other episodes.

That’d be pretty badass, but she’s part of the esper police so she has to be just and lawful, apprehending instead of killing, etc.

She does do some pretty sweet shit with panes of glass during the level upper arc though.

Really though, like a certain Anonymous said earlier, shit better get poppin off soon with those exploding stuffed animals.

Maybe I’m just insane, but I’m enjoying Railgun more than Index by far. I thought this ep was alright.

It’s becoming quite the 1-man-show (erm, 1-woman) though, with Misaka solving everyone’s problems. I’m underwhelmed by Koroko’s use of her powers, she should be doing much better. Could’ve just teleported behind/above that car robber and subdued him.

Or one-up Misaka by teleporting pocket change into his brain and killing him faster than she could charge a rail shot. Not going to happen, I know… but it should.

It’s more likely than you think.

It seems pretty common that the title character isn’t the one that tells the story, especially coming from JC Staff. “Index” follows Touma, “Shana” with Yuuji, “Nodame” follows Chiaki and so on.

That’s because they haven’t covered the central parts of the manga yet but have been adapting side stories and introductory chapters.

What I don’t get is this is supposed to be about Misaka, why is virtually every episode from Kuroko’s point of view? This is episode 5 and Misaka’s been the focus of less than 1/4 of each episode, if that.

I want to like this more, but it’s getting really hard.
