Unless they’re making a serious break in continuity, there’s no way it can be a new season. Looks like they’re trying to squeeze it in about two thirds of the way through the second season, just before everything started hitting the fan.

I have real mixed feelings about this whole business. But maybe that’s because I have real mixed feelings about the original series, most of which I loved, and the ending of which I utterly despised.
