This episode actually takes place between seasons 1 and 2. It was a sidestory included with the first Shana artbook “Guren”. It really didn’t add much, it was written pretty much for fanservice. The other stories they have planned for Shana S (Zoetrope, Ceremony, Domicile) actually do add some development.

While watching, I couldn’t help smirking and grinning throughout this entire episode. It was amusing. And Alastor’s reaction and lines were gold.

Even though it’s OOC, it was a decent plot device to have them act in a way they normally don’t.
