This week may have gone off on a tangent at some point.

Impressions:

An okay episode, although who are they fooling? Cell phone, novel? Pfft. It’s clear that Yoshinoya is running a cosplay prostitution ring and is probably Nazuna Nazna’s pimp. That would explain both parts perfectly well and add some much needed personality to Nazna. Don’t get me wrong, I like Yoshinoya as much (maybe more) than the next guy, but only when she’s prancing around and being weird, not when she’s staring at a cell phone and crying. From there, all the speculation about it being a sad love was cliche at absolute best.

Nazna’s segment really didn’t do anything particularly new or interesting with her shrinking violet character, although, again, if you decide to believe that it’s all being done in the name of some kind of secret Hidamari prostitution ring, then things get a little more exciting. I bet she also robs banks as part of a super villain team in her time off in a leather two piece. Or I may be losing grip on reality here. But what a way to go.
