Now there’s something I hoped I’d never have to say.

Gah. Another early premier that caught me by surprise.

Impressions:

I would like to say that this show’s biggest sin is being boring, but that would be ignoring the "Keita gets a boner in the bath from thinking about his sisters" joke, or his sisters rooting around in his garbage for things that smell like him. Even aside from that, Keita spends the rest of the episode having women either shove their panties in his face or shoving his face in their panties. It lacked even the creativity and charm of LvB. Instead, it was closer to one of m.o.e.’s forgotten bastard children, only with incest overtones shoved in your face.

I think if they had taken this terrible terrible premise and really run with it, it might have turned out as at least a decent comedy. Maybe make one sister a sadomasochistic ninja and the other could secretly be a grizzly bear on a unicycle… but instead, this comes off as nothing more than a very poorly animated generic shameless T&A incest based haremfest of women throwing themselves at some personality-less twit who can do nothing more than shout his womens’ names and fantasize about them. I guess the music wasn’t horrible though.

The actual premiere is a week from next Monday, but there’s next to no chance that I’m going to be giving this one a second shot after this episode. I gave it a chance to be something other than its horrible premise and it rewarded me with terrible production and 20 minutes of panties. Bleh.

Also, FYI, in addition to the normal three Thursday shows, there are about three OVAs I’m potentially interested in coming out today. Luckily, I’m on spring break, but I might still fall a little behind on things here.
