Impressions:

Another fun episode as Osana tries to understand the doujin business by playing a hentai game and is traumatized by simply carrying the thing around. The episode could have really used more Tsuyuri and Justice though. Osana’s a pretty fun girl, but she needs a foil to work off of and the last half of the episode was pretty much just Osana monologuing on her own.

Summary:

Tsuyuri is giving Osana a talk about making money off doujinshi to Osana on the train, but she’s intent on her book and not listening, so Tsuyuri whispers her name in her ear, causing Osana to throw her book in the air, revealing that she’s been reading Tsuyuri’s rape manga with a fake cover on it. Before she can grab it, Tsuyuri kicks it across the train while the other passengers leer. Osana tries to pretend that it’s not her’s, but Tsuyuri picks it up and gives it to her, causing her to turn beet red.

Osana and Tsuyuri have arrived at the manga HQ where Osana will be indoctrined into the inner workings of the doujin business. Tsuyuri immediately leaves her behind, so she follows a couple women in while Sora looks on in a police outfit. Seeing the normal girls, she’s a bit relieved and takes the elevator up to the doujin store… only to immediately be barraged by pictures and cutouts of cute women. She tries to retreat, but Tsuyuri is there to drag her out of the elevator.

As they walk through the aisles, Osana sees a boy she recognizes, and they also run into Justice. Tsuyuri presents Osana with her source game for study and they leave without further incident. Sora is eagerly awaiting Justice at the exit, and Osana wanders off to study on her own.

On her way home, she runs into a friend and they go to a cafe together. Her friend (Tomoka?) asks what book Osana bought, but Osana grabs her hand before she can look at it and makes up some story about the game being about crab (based on the menu on the table) before ducking out on the bill.

That night, Osana is playing the ero game and is in the middle of what sounds like a sex scene with a maid (lots of “yamate!” and “goshujin-sama!” if you catch my drift) before someone knocks on her door. She slams the laptop in embarrassment, and like all right thinking people, goes straight to the bath.

Not put off, she decides to head to Tsuyuri for her education on her new bike. She’s stopped by a police officer though, who asks her what she’s got in the bike basket. Too ashamed to show him, she runs from him, passing the same guy as she saw in the doujin shop. The police are still chasing her though, at least until she crashes into a heap of trash. They make her show what was in the bag, but it’s empty. Her friend from before also comes over and tries to help.

The police leave her, having found nothing, and leave Osana and the friend to mope on the stairway. The other guy comes running up though, with the hentai game in hand. He hands it to her as she becomes paralyzed with shame and tells her that he likes that game too.
