Not Really Impressions:

So, funny story really. I have no real interest in Maple Story, nor any plans to do more than flip through it, stamp it with the Aroduc Seal of Disapproval For Kiddy Shows Made to Sell Toys ™ and then send it on its way. 

Or so I thought… 

Other forces were at work… insidious forces. Forces beyond my ken.

Forces trying to prevent me from watching Maple Story.

The Maple Story raw that was uploaded… the encoder forgot to include sound… and included about three seconds of a McDonald’s commercial after the opening. There may have been more, but I stopped paying attention pretty quickly. I did notice that they cut off the ED too. Frankly, I find this hilarious… especially because MPlayer had already been capping it for about 10 minutes by the time I worked up the will to actually watch it. Browsing through the caps will give you roughly the same experience as I had with the show, and frankly… it’s for the best. Now I get to put it in my blogged-pile to satiate my completionist tendencies and I don’t have to suffer through actually watching it. This experience has entertained me far more than actually watching the show would anyway. Everybody wins!

No summaries for the first episodes. I write as I watch, and I don’t know if I’ll care about a show until after the first episode.
